Sorry for the lack of posting, but I have been very lazy or busy during the past couple weeks (more so the former). Furthermore, there has been little to write about. I spent an uneventful weekend recovering from my travels back to the US, coding some tools at work, and trying to entertain myself at night.
I have had several requests for pictures of my apartment, so I finally put some up. The apartment isn't bad, but it still isn't home. I miss comforts such as high speed internet, more than 5 TV channels, and more than anything... my bed.

I assure you it is far superior to the digs they put us up in, in Erie. We lovingly refer to them as the trailer court (with foundations). http://www.joepalermo.com/brookwood_village.htm
Ah, the faux-pleasures of corporate housing. The first week you think you're in a luxurious heaven. The second week you begin to pine for a bed that has been slightly sprung to the contours of your body. The third week you realize the furniture is all cheap trendy crap and that you live in a concrete hotel. By the end of a month, you nearly flip out some afternoon when you walk by a neighbor's apartment, a fellow capitalist-nomad, and see the same couch, the same tables, and, worst of all, the same lousy artwork.
Ross, is it your place or Erie that is a giant trailer court?
Though I imagine it is painful to see the other apartments just a boring as your own, it is even worst to see others with apartments on the 14th floor, with plush furniture, and no roommate.
